	Refund Policy

		All cancellation and refund requests must be requested in writing to [email protected] Refund Policies If you enroll in camp and your plans change due to unforeseen circumstances, you can request a refund or credit for your camp tuition. All refund requests will incur a $20.00 admin fee. Refunds will not be issued for no shows or cancellations made the day of camp. Camp credits: We can provide a full credit for a future camp, however refunds cannot be issued once a credit is applied. If we cancel a clinic/camp due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be provided a full refund minus a $20.00 admin fee. Chargebacks Under the circumstance that a chargeback is requested through your bank, if the bank does not award the funds back to you, you will incur a $35 fee that must be paid prior to attending any camps.

Camps/clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited only by number, age, grade, level, and/or gender)

A $20 admin fee will be applied to each refund. All refunds must be requested in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will no longer be issued on the day of camp
